If the room type you are interested in is still available, you can schedule a viewing in advance.

  • A security deposit is required based on the room type and will be assessed on the day of check-out to verify the room’s condition.
  • Please maintain the room’s equipment, walls, and environment in a clean and undamaged state. Any damages or missing items will result in a deduction from the deposit for compensation.
  • Please ensure that all trash and personal belongings are cleared before check-out. Alternatively, a cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit, and we will handle the cleaning for you.
  • The minimum rental period is one month.
  • We offer monthly, short-term, and long-term apartment rentals to ensure you feel comfortable and secure during your stay.
  • Rental agreements are available in both Chinese and English to protect the rights of our guests.
  • Invoices can be provided, with an additional 5% tax added to the rental price.
  • Before Check-in: A deposit is required upon reservation to secure your booking.
  • On the Day of Check-in: A one-month deposit must be paid.
  • For Multiple Months: The deposit is paid monthly.
  • Upon Check-out: After confirming the room’s condition is good, with no damages and cleanliness maintained, and if there are any outstanding electricity charges, these will be deducted from the deposit before the remaining balance is refunded. If an in-person handover is not possible, the remaining deposit will be refunded via bank transfer within three working days after check-out.
  • We accept bank transfers and credit card payments.
  • If you terminate your stay before the end of the contract, the rent for the current month will not be refunded. The deposit will be returned after the room condition is inspected and confirmed.
